Terms of service
Draft prepared : August 2026
These terms apply to services provided by Excellence Pro Documents Clearing, Deira, Dubai. They take effect when you instruct us to act on a matter and continue until that matter is closed.
What we are
Excellence Pro Documents Clearing is an independent documents clearing and PRO services provider. We are not a government entity and we are not affiliated with, appointed by, or endorsed by any UAE government department. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf to the relevant authorities.
Scope of service
We agree the scope of each matter with you before starting: what will be prepared, which department it will be submitted to, and what you need to provide. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice regulated as such, tax advice or accounting services. Where a matter needs any of those, we will say so and you should take advice from someone qualified to give it.
What you provide
You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate information and genuine documents. Most delays and refusals come from information that was incomplete or inaccurate at the start. If a situation changes — a status expires, a document is cancelled, a company detail changes — tell us promptly, because it usually changes the route.
Fees
Every quote separates two things, and both are shown before any work begins:
- Government fees — set by the relevant department and passed through to you unchanged, at cost. We do not mark them up.
- Service fee — ours, for preparing, submitting and following the file.
Government fees are set by the authority and can change without notice. Where a fee changes between the quote and the submission, the new fee applies and we will tell you before paying it. Fines, penalties and third-party charges (typing centres, medical centres, translation, attestation) are passed through at cost in the same way.
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Add the payment terms actually used: when payment is due, accepted payment methods, whether a deposit is taken against government fees, and the refund position where a file is withdrawn before submission or where a government fee is non-refundable once paid.
Timing
Estimates are given as ranges, based on how the relevant department is currently processing. They are estimates, not commitments: department processing times vary, systems change, and inspections and approvals sit outside our control. We tell you when an estimate changes.
Outcomes
We do not guarantee that any application will be approved. Approval decisions belong entirely to the relevant authority, and nobody acting as an agent can promise otherwise. What we are responsible for is that your application is complete, correct and correctly routed, and that it is followed until a decision is issued. Where an application is refused, we will identify the stated reason and set out the options, including whether resubmission is realistic.
Confidentiality
Documents and information you give us are used only for your matter and are disclosed only to the departments and service providers the matter requires. See the privacy notice for how enquiry data is handled.
Liability
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] This section must be drafted and reviewed against UAE consumer protection law before launch. It should address the limit of liability, the exclusion of losses caused by information you supplied that was inaccurate or incomplete, and the position on government fees and fines that have already been paid to an authority. Do not publish a generic limitation clause taken from another site.
Ending a matter
You may stop a matter at any time. Government fees already paid to an authority are generally not recoverable. Work already carried out is chargeable up to the point of instruction to stop.
Governing law
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Confirm the governing law and the courts having jurisdiction, and whether any dispute resolution step is required before proceedings.
