Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website and when you contact Excellence Pro Documents Clearing. It is short because the site is: there is no form, no account, no login and no cookie on it.

What the website collects

Nothing you type. This site has no enquiry form and no field of any kind. It does not ask for your name, your number, your passport or Emirates ID details, or anything about your situation. There is nowhere on it to enter them.

The only thing recorded is aggregate analytics, described below, which does not identify you.

When you contact us

The buttons on this site open WhatsApp or your phone's dialler. Nothing is sent until you press send or dial, and at that point the conversation is between you and us, through the provider of that channel.

What you tell us in that conversation — your situation, your documents, your details — is used solely to reply to you and, if you go on to instruct us, to carry out the service you asked for. It is not used for marketing, it is not profiled, and it is not sold or shared with anyone for their own purposes. It is disclosed only to the government departments and service providers your matter actually requires.

WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, which govern how the messages themselves are carried and stored on your device and ours. That part is not within our control.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become instructions are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Where you instruct us, the correspondence forms part of the case file and is kept for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period any applicable record-keeping obligation requires.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics. No cookies are set, no cross-site identifier is created, and no individual visitor is identified. What is recorded is aggregate: which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world visitors are, and which of three actions happened — a WhatsApp tap, a call tap, or a service page opened.

Because no cookies are used, this site does not show a cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

Your choices
